The Oesterreichische Kriegsmarine hasn't existed as such since 1918, when Austria lost all her sea-side bases to the newly formed Dalmatian-area countries, which had been themselves mostly confiscated from Italy in the Congress of Vienna, after Napoleon's fall.

Feldpost from 1830 Austrian forces; sender with Graf Albert Gyulai Infantry Regiment, with red Verona line cancel. Very heavy linen paper with embossed seal reverse and contents inside. Feldmarschall-Leutnant Albert Gyulai fought with Austria against Napoleon in northern Italy in 1809 (see Wikipedia entry Battle of Sacile or Pordenone)
