One of the genuine items (many, many forgeries) in a genuine usage from FP 00010, Generalstabslehrgaenge, General staff training in Berlin (with Dienstsiegel of same). The address line indicates this man is with a Dolmetscher Ersatz Kompanie / Translator Replacement Company. Rounded corners, else a fine usage. With OkW censors and postage due handstamps (T) since it was sent out of the country to Holland.
