Documents for Jewish prisoner Hans "Israel" Bernstein, repeatedly arrested in Berlin and sent to Moabit prison. There are documents from sentencing in January 1940, a visit to him in prison in April 1939, and a document from a September 1939 stay. One documents states that he can avoid a 4 day sentence by paying 4000RM(!). A clear historical example of the persecution of Jewish citizens before the ultimate Holocaust.
