Cover to prisoner in the notorious Gestapo prison at Prague - Pankratz, in German Occupied Bohemia Moravia (BuM) / Czechoslovakia, where political prisoners were held for trail and subsequent deportation to Concentration Camps or (mostly, apparently) execution. The stamp has been removed by sensors and replaced by a handmade official label [Rechts or Orts]anwalt (district attorney/ prosecutor) dated 1/4/1943. Lower left the letter has been approved to be given to the prisoner, handstamped "Aushaendigung befoerderung wird genehmigt". With long contents in Czech. Very unusual.
