German Offices in Turkey Vorlaufer / forerunner franked cover with Norddeutscher Postbezirk (NDP) stamps from the pre-2nd Empire Period of Bismarck. Folded letter with contents, slightly wrinkled and chipped, very good condition. '19 CV EUR6900+. Handwritten note says this came from the 35th Mohrmann auction in February 1938. The 1/3Gr is quite rare on Turkey usages.
