German WWI / WKI Kriegsmarine Navy Marineschiffspost from navigation officer Ernst Wieblitz of the the SMS Dresden, part of Graf Spee's ill-fated squadron, interned in Chile on Insel Quirinquina. (See the wikipedia articale on him). Datelined from Quirinquina and sent back to a doctor relative (father?) via the Swiss Red Cross in Geneva shortly after the end of the war (in the West -- still fighting in the East), when lots of POWs still had a long road home. A rare piece of Graf Spee's journey from one of the principle actors.
