Venetian so-called A.Q. or Acque revenue sheet, regarded by some as the first postal stationary in the world, but more properly regarded as a fiscal / revenue for maintaining the Venetian canal system. First issued in 1608 and continued until Napoleon captured La Serenissima / The Most Serene Republic. Folded, worn, as per scans. Old as they are, all of these revenue sheets are quite scarce. Used, with address and remmants of seal.
