One of the very popular King George VI propaganda forgeries which place the Jewish Star of Daivd on the top of the crown, and a hammer and sickle in place of the pence symbol next to the value at the bottom. These were then overprinted with a variety of slogans. This Castelle Gandolfo overprint is quite scarce. MNG as issued. These were created by inmates in the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp as a part of Operation Wasserwelle under SS Major Bernhard Kreuger (See the psyops.org or psywarrior.com websites), or read the book "Krueger's Men" by Leonard Malkin. Used with the forged London AAAO exhibition cancel. Only 30 sets were produced. Thirty. The 2024 CV is, IMO, a ridiculously low EUR600. Only reason a German set with this low of an issue isn't in the thousands is that very few collectors even know what these are.
